By engaging Verdant Yields Co. for soil remediation and agronomic consulting, you agree to these terms. All soil assays, biological prescriptions, and workflow designs remain the intellectual property of Verdant Yields Co. until service completion and full payment. Due to the biological nature of our work, agricultural results are subject to environmental factors, weather conditions, and native soil anomalies. We do not guarantee specific crop yield percentages.
